Our consultation process is simple and straightforward:

1. Create an Account
Sign up on our platform to get started with your project.

2. Create a Project Proposal
Fill out our detailed project proposal form, describing your needs, timeline, and goals.

3. Representative Follow-up
Within 24-48 hours, one of our representatives will reach out to schedule a consultation call to discuss your project in detail.

The entire process is designed to understand your needs thoroughly and provide you with the best possible solution.

There is no charge to get started. You pay for the project plan once it is delivered, and everything after that is priced in writing and approved by you before any work begins.

  • 1. Tell us what you need (no charge). Send a short description of what your business needs, through a proposal on this site or the contact form.
  • 2. Q&A meeting (no charge). Up to 20 minutes by Zoom or phone call, booked online at a time that suits you; longer if needed. We ask questions until we both have a clear picture of what the finished solution should do.
  • 3. Your project plan ($300). With your agreement, we build a complete plan from start to finish. You review it and decide whether to proceed.
  • 4. Implementation (quoted in your plan). If you approve the plan, the project starts. Your account shows where the project stands at every step, and all our communication stays in one place.

Ready to begin? Send us a proposal at no charge.

After the Q&A meeting, we design your solution in full. Building a complete plan takes real work, and the $300 fee covers it. Your plan includes:

  • Scope: what is included, and what is not
  • Deliverables and how completion is judged
  • Every task, in order, with who does it
  • Timeline with milestones
  • Cost estimate for the implementation
  • Delivered as a document you can review and sign

The fee is paid when the plan is delivered, whether or not you go ahead with the project. The plan is yours to keep, and the fee is not refundable.

Implementation begins. You sign in to your account to follow the project at every step: progress, tasks, timeline, documents and payments, with all our messages in one place.

If something needs to change along the way, we price it first and nothing changes until you approve it. When the work is finished, you check it against the plan and sign the acceptance.

Each fee pays for real work that goes into a reliable solution and the information you need to run it. Here is everything you could be asked to pay:

  • Proposal and Q&A meeting: no charge. No obligation to continue.
  • Project plan: $300, paid when the plan is delivered. It pays for designing your solution: scope, deliverables, every task, timeline and a full cost estimate. Not refundable.
  • Implementation: quoted in your plan, paid as set out in the plan's payment terms. It is made up of the hours of the people doing the work at their stated rates, any software, licenses or services your solution needs, a contingency allowance for unexpected work, and sales tax where it applies. Each part is its own line in the estimate.
  • Changes during the project: priced before any work. We tell you the extra hours, cost and days first. Nothing changes, and nothing is charged, until you approve it.
  • New features later: priced before any work. Once your project is finished, each new feature gets its own price for you to approve, and is invoiced on its own.
  • Ongoing support: monthly, optional. Set in a support agreement you sign, which states the monthly fee, the hours included, response times, and the rate for any extra hours.
  • Third-party services: listed in your estimate. Some solutions run on outside services, such as phone numbers, texting or software subscriptions. We list them and their costs before you commit.

No. Every price is in writing before any work begins, and nothing is charged without your signed approval.
